20-Year-Old Alleged Maryland Burger King Shooter Held Without Bond

A 20-year-old man who police say shot and killed another man at a Burger King in Frederick is being held without bond, according to FOX 5 DC.

Darin Tyler Robey, is suspected of shooting Jaion Antonio Penamon multiple times when he tried to intervene in an altercation Robey was having with a female at the  Burger King, according to the Frederick Police Department. 

Robey was charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Murder, 1st and 2nd Degree Assault and several firearm charges.

District Court Judge Earl Bartgis Jr. ordered Robey held without bond and have no contact with state’s witnesses after a bond review on Dec. 27.
